Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist trial team from filing of complaint through trial. Will propound and respond to extensive discovery. Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies. Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists. Calendaring. Noticing Depositions and other Hearings. Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys. Organize documents for filing. Drafting correspondence. Special projects as needed. Must be experienced personal injury litigation paralegal. Must be able to speak Spanish fluently and must have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases.
