Employment Attorney The candidate will provide duties include: Participate in intakes. Manage the discovery process. Research and write winning briefs. Take and defend depositions, argue motions, appear for hearings, and go to trial. Must have prior litigation experience. Must have outstanding attention to detail. Must have ability to work independently. Must have proficiency with Microsoft products, including Windows 10, Word, Excel, Outlook, One Note, and and One Drive. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas, admitted or qualified to be admitted to the Western District of Texas. Must have 1+ year of experience in employment law or employment litigation. Must have prior experience consulting and advising individuals on employment law matters including non-competes, trade secrets, accommodation requests, severance agreements, and settlement agreements. Western District of Texas Federal District Court is preferred. Must have state Bar of Texas Law.
