Intellectual Property Paralegal The candidate should have 7 years of patent and trademark experience in (law firm setting preferred), including all aspects of domestic and international prosecution, maintenance, litigation, opposition, and due diligence work. Bachelor s Degree and or paralegal certificate required. Requirements/Responsibilities: including to drafting US and PCT application papers; draft and coordinate execution of assignments, powers of attorney, declarations, petitions, requests for extension of time, missing parts responses, notices of appeal, information disclosure statements; corresponding with clients to get instructions for various filing tasks; solid understanding of USPTO rules and patent and trademark lifecycles; experience with PTAB, TTAB, and WIPO filings; patent and trademark docketing; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication skills.
