Litigation Attorney The candidate will be attending court hearings. Will be conducting and defending depositions. Conducting discovery. Daily contact with clients regarding various aspects of their case. Particularly regarding their injuries and medical treatment. Daily contact with medical providers to stay current on client's injuries and medical treatment. Maintaining and updating case information in law firm case management software. Troubleshooting solutions to client concerns and/or issues on the fly . Daily communication with relevant insurance companies and defense firms. Should have 1-3 years of litigation experience. Must be comfortable in the courtroom and with conducting and defending depositions. Possess strong writing, research, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Admission to Massachusetts Bar required.
