Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate will be drafting & editing legal documents and correspondence for multiple attorneys, as well as maintaining attorneys docket calendar and entering attorneys time. Should have 2 - 3 years experience as a legal secretary required, preferably in litigation. High level of proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and typing from dictation required; experience creating Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents preferred. Mandatory understanding of the following: legal terminology and court procedures, local, state and federal rules and electronic ECF Filing.
