Post-Death Administration Attorney The candidate will be the team leader that manages our client outreach program and conduct annual reviews of clients estate plans. Will develop and lead client education programs. Meet with and provide support for families when they have lost a loved one. Work with practice development manager to reach out to the resources in the community to help grow this area of practice. Should have experience in handling probate and trust administrations. Must be a licensed attorney in Arkansas with at least 2+ years of practice experience, and some of that experience needs to be in the estates and trusts area.
