Paralegal The candidate will join plaintiffs personal injury firm. Will be responsible for: Reviewing medical records and distilling their contents for drafting of B/Ps. Analyzing state and local databases for the drafting of summonses and complaints. Knowledge of plaintiffs practice to assist in the discovery process and responses to motions for discovery. Client contact to assist in obtaining the current status of treatment and to provide current information about clients' court case. Must have 3-5 years of experience. Must include drafting bills of particulars, summonses and complaints and routine motions. Knowledge of TrialWorks a plus. Previous experience as a paralegal in plaintiffs personal injury is essential. Should have familiarity with personal injury data management systems. Application Deadline: 2018-01-21.
