Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant Duties: Will provide administrative support to partners of premier communications law firm by scheduling meetings, travel, and events, managing daily schedule, maintaining administrative files, assisting with legal pleadings and presentations, and monitoring phone messages and e-mail correspondence. Perform full range of responsibilities to assist in firm operations, marketing, nonprofit, and educational activities. Qualifications: The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and be a computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Should be well organized. Should be well organized. Must also be able to meet deadlines under pressure, juggle numerous tasks simultaneously, keep confidences, and be attentive to details.
