Immigration Paralegal The candidate's duties include: will assist in the preparation of various nonimmigrant applications such as H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-130, AOS, Citizenship and consular applications. Will prepare and review forms, support letters and RFE responses. Will communicate with clients via emails regarding required case documentation. Must have good communication, reading and writing skills with attention to detail. Position requires at least an associate degree or higher with 2 years experience, preferably. This position will be a mix of remote and in person. Part-time and per diem arrangements may also be considered. Associate (Preferred); Experience 1 year (Preferred).
