Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 4+ years of prior paralegal experience in a plaintiff's personal injury/wrongful death torts law firm. Trial preparation and trial experience a plus. Should have working knowledge and understanding of federal and state rules. Must have working knowledge and ability to navigate Federal and state dockets. Should have working knowledge and understanding of civil procedures. Must have cite-checking and Bluebooking skills. Should have experience in drafting discovery. Must have excellent attention to detail and superb organization and communication skills. Should have solid analytical, critical thinking and time management skills. Must be proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. Should have the ability and willingness to work in a challenging, rewarding, and fast-paced team work environment. B.A./B.S. degree is required. Paralegal certificate is a plus.
