Trial Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Electronic filing of pleadings: Large cases involving a lot of moving parts; Document intensive cases. Will be working very closely with a partner (heavy case load). Must have experience with jury instructions in both VA and DC. Should be familiar with DC and VA court filing procedures, etc. Must have experience with trial preparation. Must have 2-4 years of experience. Experience with federal and state court is required.
