Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist attorney in preparing immigration court cases, family and employment based petitions. Will prepare submissions to government agencies, communicate with clients to gather necessary documents and draft and assemble filings. Must be able to manage a caseload. Fluency in Spanish is required.
