Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have brought at least 10 case to verdict in District Court and at least 1 case to verdict in Circuit Court. Should have Bar admission, active and in good standing, in Maryland. DC and West Virginia Bar admissions would be preferred. Must have ability to travel. Should have ability to handle complex litigation. TimeMatters proficiency preferred.
