Corporate Legal Secretary The candidate will prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence including letters, memos, contracts, transactional documents and reports. Will organize and maintain files. Maintain calendar and deadlines for attorneys. Schedule meetings and conferences. Coordinate travel arrangements. Answer incoming telephone calls. Enter billable time and process pre-bills. Research and respond to inquiries and requests for information. Provide other support as necessary. The candidate should have high school diploma or equivalent. Previous legal experience is preferred. Strong word processing skills are required. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members is needed. The ability to handle and adjust effectively to competing deadlines and priorities is essential. Typing speed of 55+ wpm is a must. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a prerequisite. Should be client service focused. Some overtime may be required.
