Corporate Paralegal The candidate will work closely with attorneys in supporting private and public companies. Handle transaction and daily corporate maintenance work. Provide stock and option administration for capitalization purposes. Assist on venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate tasks. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are expected. Prior experience in an office environment is needed. 2+ years' experience at a corporate law firm preferred.
