Settlement (Pre-Litigation) Paralegal The candidate must be a highly responsible individual, capable of prioritizing conflicting demands, meeting multiple deadlines, and juggling a variety of tasks. Excellence in computer and clerical skills, organization, accuracy, and attention to detail are a must, as well as the ability to analyze information; be kind and caring, with excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone. A Paralegal degree or certificate is preferred but not required.
