Family Law Attorney, Associate Duties: Represent Clients in Depositions, Meditations, Hearings, and Trials. Drafting Motions, Pleadings, Orders, Judgments, and Case Updates. Overseeing and Analyzing Discovery. Candidate will have: A license to practice in the State of Georgia in good standing. 3+ years of experience practicing Family Law; The capacity to handle cases and clients independently. Skilled at supervising the work of paralegals, legal assistants junior associates, and law clerks. A creative mind and the ability to solve problems independently. A willingness to work hard to see that our clients receive top-notch service and results. Proficiency in MS Office, case management software and e-filing. A positive attitude.
