Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be personal injury litigation paralegal. Will be responsible for the coordination of al the details trial. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting interviews, legal research, document filing and attending trials. Experience in Drafting/Answering Discovery in personal injury litigation cases is an absolute requirement: Case management of client files: Obtain and file medical bill/records affidavits: Draft Settlement Demands with detailed analysis of case is preferred: Knowledge of MyCase, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook and Excel: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Should preferably have 3+ year of PQE.
