Associate Attorney / Special Needs Planning The candidate should have 2+ ears of relevant work experience. The Associate will draft appropriate documents including Special and Supplemental Needs Trusts, Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Health Care directives. In addition, the Associate will make recommendations on available services and advise on how assets should be structured to maximize independence and quality of life. A qualified candidate must be a team player, have excellent communication skills, solid organizational skills, ability to set priorities and an ability to extend compassion and patience to clients and their families.
