Litigation Paralegal The responsibilities include drafting/filing pleadings, scheduling litigation related matters, plus drafting demands, records requests and anything else that is needed around the office. The candidate should be a Spanish speaking Litigation Paralegal with 2 years Florida litigation experience. Knowledge of Time Matters for case management software. Must have good writing skills, be proactive and be able to multi-task and regularly follow up with requests for records. Note: Hours are Mon - Thurs 8:30 am to 5:30 PM, Fri we close at 4pm. May consider flexi hours for ideal applicant.
