Associate Attorney Duties: Involves substantive legal work (drafting discovery, motions, demand letters, mediation briefs and other motions and correspondence as required by the firm s cases). Meet with both new and old clients. May go to trial. The candidate will have taken the California Bar Exam in July of 2018 and will have graduated from and ABA accredited law school or pending Bar results. 1 year of litigation experience is preferred. Spanish language skills is preferred. Able to handle multiple files efficiently.
