Temporary Family Law Attorney The candidate will be responsible for collaborating on and assisting partners with all aspects of family law litigation from the initial filing through trial prep, and post-Judgment modifications. Will Must be drafting and responding to RFOs related to all family law matters; propounding, responding to, and reviewing discovery; preparing meet and confer letters and motions to compel; and drafting declarations of disclosure. Should preferably have family law experience. Should preferably have substantive experience with family law research and writing. The ability to work independently, quickly and accurately is required. Must have 2+ years of experience in family law and be able to hit the ground running. Note : Last a period of three months starting in early March.
