Staff Attorney The candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting clients with nationwide real estate portfolios and, additionally, will draft residential and commercial real property sale and lease agreements, as well as other core real estate transaction documents; draft financing documents; review real estate due diligence documents; and coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings. Experience in the investigation and resolution of title and title insurance matters is also desirable. Should have J.D. degree. Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio (preferred). Candidates with a J.D. that are not currently licensed to practice law in Ohio will be considered where otherwise qualified based on experience.
