Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney The candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have a JD from an accredited Law School. Must be admitted to practice and experience in the state of New Jersey. Must have 2+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience. Appellate clerkship experience is desired. Experience in evaluating insurance coverage under general liability, umbrella/excess, auto, and /or professional liability policies is a plus. Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice is essential. Legal project management experience is an asset. Superior written and oral communication skills are needed.
