Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients, mainly asylum-seekers, at the San Francisco immigration court and the San Francisco Asylum Office. Will represent clients at court hearings, ICE appointments, and USCIS interviews. Role will involve preparing a client's entire case, including declarations, gathering and organizing supplemental evidence, developing the theory/ies of the case, preparing clients for hearings, and preparing various motions and briefs as needed. From time to time, may also represent clients in guardianship and parental custody hearings at various superior courts for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status predicate orders, mostly in Northern California. Should preferably have 1+ year of experience. Should preferably also be bilingual (Spanish) and have California Bar license.
