Legal Secretary/Office Administrator The candidate will work closely with the Firm Administrator to oversee the operations of the Dallas office and provide administrative support to the attorneys there. Duties include: ability to plan and organize day to meet varied requests; independently formulate sound decisions; understand and effectively use technologies provided; file organization, including electronic documents; familiar with editing and e-filing legal documents; management of email, calendars, contact information, similar activities utilizing systems such as Outlook; proficiency in Office 365 programs Word and Excel; planning and scheduling meetings and ensuring proper follow-up; clerical duties, including answering calls, filing, copying and processing mail. Should have 5+ years experience in the legal field directly supporting attorneys, preferably in the appellate or litigation areas of law.
