Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible to handle assigned cases from start to finish, including drafting& reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery responses, expert exchanges, etc. Will provide case management and appear on behalf of our personal injury clients at court appearances, depositions, etc. Must be a Member of NY Bar. Should have 2+ years of experience with Personal Injury Plaintiff's work handling a caseload. Should have strong analytical/negotiation skills. Trial experience a plus. Bi-lingual a plus.
