Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of large law firm experience. Should have significant experience with all aspects of general commercial and civil litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and managing discovery in complex cases. Experience in securities litigation is preferred. Must have excellent research and writing skills, as well as analytical and communication skills. Courtroom experience handling substantive motions and discovery disputes is a plus. Florida Bar required.
