Immigration Attorney The candidate will successful management of an independent caseload. Conduct client consultations to ascertain immigration relief. Analyze cases, determine case strategies and prepare clients for interviews, hearings and trials. Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions and appeals. Facilitate the preparation of immigration packages for submission to the USCIS and EOIR. Represent clients before the Immigration Court. Other duties, activities, and responsibilities, as assigned. Should have J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Should have 2+ years of Immigration law experience. State Bar License in Good Standing is required. Spanish skills are required.
