Attorney The candidate will handle all phases of creditors' rights breach of contract actions. Primary duties include handling court appearances, drafting motions and responsive papers. NY and NJ Bar admission required (no pending admissions). Must have 1 year of litigation experience. Familiarity with FDCPA, TCPA and TILA preferred. Must have excellent writing, communication and organizational and interpersonal skills.
