Consumer Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will monitor and assigned caseload to ensure deadlines are met and cases are being filed efficiently. Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and motions. Communicate with clients, attorneys, courts, etc., to discuss case status and other legal issues. Other duties to be assigned on an as needed basis. Must have experience in bankruptcy, with experience filing chapter 7s. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Possess strong organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and previous legal experience is preferred. Should have 1 year of bankruptcy experience.
