FERC/Energy Paralegal The candidate will support an active FERC regulatory practice. Responsibilities will include support for tariff filings and annual reports, participating in administrative litigation and settlement teams, and monitoring and reporting on FERC and DOE regulatory proceedings. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate (or equivalent). Must have 2+ years of relevant experience. Should have experience in support of FERC and DOE public utility reporting requirements. Knowledge of Computer. Must be an organized self-starter capable of working independently, while also being a team player. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be capable of anticipating and meeting deadlines. Should have excellent cite-checking (blue booking, jeopardizing, proofing, etc.) skills. Should have confirmed training and proficiency with FERC E-Tariff software and filing system and Market Based Rate authorization filings.
