Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be assisting in preparation and prosecution of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications for corporate and individual clients. Will be preparing forms and correspondence, writing detailed and complex supporting documentation, working closely with clients to gather and organize supporting documentation, and case administration. Should have a Bachelor s Degree in a field emphasizing writing or communication. Superior writing/editing skills for complex support letters and strong computer skills essential.
