Experienced Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have minimum of 2 years recent experience drafting PERM applications, Must have PERM Audit responses, and RFE s. Must also have strong knowledge and experience in drafting business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Should have ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be detail-oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
