Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: Assistance with preparing pleadings; Writing motions; E-filing of court documents with NV Courts; Keeping clients updated on their cases on a regular basis; Answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner; Taking and handling messages; Scheduling hearings, preparing notices, communication with clerks of the court and judges' assistants. Must be organized. Calendaring deadlines required. Punctuality and dependability required. Friendly, understanding and positive interaction with clients required. Team player required. Very strong attention to detail required. Excellent typing, writing, proofreading, and grammar skills required. License: Paralegal preferred. 1 year of experience preferred. Bilingual is a plus.
