Energy Attorney The candidate must have some relevant experience. Should preferably be able to demonstrate: experience practicing energy and utility law, including administrative litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and/or state regulatory commissions; a working understanding of the disciplines involved with the practice of energy and utility law; and excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills. Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
