Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: working cases from inception through discovery and verdict, preparing for and assisting with arbitrations and various hearings, handling extensive client contact and case management (including preparing detailed case status reports), document management, investigation, drafting of pleadings, responding to requests for discovery, and all phases of arbitration and trial preparation and assisting during trial. A two-year degree in paralegal studies or NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants) certification and 2 years of applicable experience required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred. Must have experience in general litigation. Additional experience in the area of financial services litigation is preferred.
