Associate Attorney The candidate will work in a plaintiff's employment/civil rights litigation firm. Areas of practice include age, race, gender, disability, and pregnancy discrimination/harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract. Should have Litigation experience. Must have 2 years of employment law experience. Should have knowledge of state, local, and federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Must have License to practice law in Ohio and prior law firm experience.
