Paralegal Duties: Work independently; Handle client inquiries; Analyze and monitor internal processes; Ensure filing systems are kept current; Complete first drafts of discovery and other litigation documents; Prepare attorneys for court; Template documents; and Work with multiple attorneys with different personalities. Will be asked to take the Indeed typing test prior to consideration.
Qualifications: Certificate in Paralegal Studies with 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal or at least 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal; Small general practice law firm concentrating in civil litigation seeking to hire full time experienced litigation paralegal. Be extremely organized; Have experience working with a litigation firm; Be self-motivated and resourceful with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and pressure; Enjoy a fast pace, dynamic, challenging work environment; Have strong writing, reading, listening, speaking and interpersonal skills; and Be able to work quickly and efficiently in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
