Family Law Paralegal The candidate will be coordinating, organizing, and analyzing documents for case preparation; preparing DODs and MSAs; propounding, reviewing, and analyzing discovery; reviewing financial documents; assist in preparing pleadings and Income and Expense Declarations; assisting with trial preparation and working with existing databases; assisting attorneys with projects as needed. Experience with Family Law Judicial Council forms, Dissomaster, and Microsoft Outlook essential. Must have 10+ years of family law experience in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.
