Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 5+ years of litigation experience. Experience with federal and state electronic filing, trial preparation and support, complex file management, electronic discovery and organizing large document productions is preferred. Should preferably have experience collecting and evaluating medical records and scheduling independent medical examinations, drafting basic litigation filings such as subpoena preparation, service waivers, removals, foreclosure filings, judgment certifications and garnishments. Will support attorneys involved in litigation, workers' construction, bad faith insurance defense, and commercial matters. Experience in those areas will be considered a plus. Paralegal certificate is required. College degree is preferred. Must have proficient computer skills using MS Office applications and Summation (or other comparable litigation document management software).
