Associate Attorney The candidate will have direct and immediate involvement in all aspects of litigation, and become a valued member of our litigation team. S/he will research and draft pleadings, assist in forming case strategies, oversee discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in oral arguments, trials and mediations, while working closely with clients and experts. Must have superior academic credentials. Should have 1-3 years of litigation experience.
