Legal Assistant/Paralegal RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering phone and performing client intake. Sending out client correspondence. Billing. Scheduling meetings/organizing calendar. Responding to client emails. Providing administrative support. Preparing cover letters. Preparing legal documentation. Organizing files.
REQUIREMENTS: College degree is highly preferred. Prior experience in an office environment is required. Must be proficient in MS Word, File Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Must be able to type 30+ words a minute. Attention to detail. Excellent communication. Interpersonal skills. Punctual. Organized.
