Legal Secretary Litigation The candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and heavy calendaring. Should be able to prioritize and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision. Candidates must also have professional telephone skills. Responsibilities will include administrative office duties as well as opening and processing of mail, calendaring, filing, scheduling depositions, preparation of client correspondence, processing of vendor bills, preparation of pleadings and discovery. Should have general litigation experience. Must have 3-5 years of previous legal secretary work. Should have experience with e-filings with state and federal courts, trial preparation. Basic knowledge of legal terminology is required.
