Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will manage full case load from case inception to post-trial. Conferring with clients. Drafting demands. Negotiating settlements. Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law. Attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and arbitrations. Be a graduate from law school in the top third of their law school class, be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and have 3 years of litigation experience. Must be proficient in Lexis Nexis, MS Word and Excel. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, and other office staff in a professional manner. Ability to delegate and prioritize as necessary. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferably should have 1 year of organizational Skills, Negotiation, Microsoft Word and Legal Research experience.
