Immigration Attorney Candidate must have extensive experience in the following fields of Immigration Law: Performing Legal Research, Legal Writing of Immigration Briefs, Motions, letters, etc. that are in support of immigration client matters, drafting of Appeals to the BIA and the Federal District Court, Knowledge of formatting legal documents and the preparation of and filing of those legal documents with USCIS, the DOJ and Federal Court, Federal filings and Federal practice, A desire to help clients succeed and to maintain our firm's excellent tract record of success. Must be familiar with the INA and all applicable Rules, Regulations and directives of USCIS, DHS, CBP and ICE. Must have 3+ years' experience as a practicing Immigration Attorney, with Federal Practice experience a big Plus. An active AILA Member is a Plus. Must be willing to manage a paper and electronic file; input their time into a client billing system; meet with clients, direct the support staff, calendar deadlines, prepare for and attend local immigration hearings and prepare for and attend final trials.
