Temporary Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: intake of clients; drafting complaints, drafting memorandums; drafting motions; attending hearings; attending trials; interacting with clients; interacting with opposing counsel; customer service regarding clients; answering phones; maintaining a physical presence in office; informing managing attorney of actions/progress in cases; scanning; copying; faxing; collecting information and distributing as directed; coordinating calendar and administrative information; and any other task customary for the role of an attorney in a small office. Preference will be given to an attorney with 3+ years of experience in any of the following areas of law: civil litigation; family law; immigration; personal injury law; and/or real estate law. Should have a portable book of business. Florida Bar membership is required.
