Paralegal / Office Manager The candidate will join Real Estate Law Office. Will support three attorneys. Manage phone system. Process mail. Accounts payable and receivable. Generate and send end of month bills and reports. Calendar management. Client intake. Filing. Arrange for electronic and paper filing with Court and Recorder s Office. Searches with the Recorder s Office and Secretary of State. Prepare corporate document rewrites. Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery. Update legal periodicals. Manage marketing. Manage offsite records. Must have proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, NitroPro or other PFD editor. Should have proficiency in Tussman or other legal accounting software. A typical combination would include an Associate s degree or higher with 2+ years of experience in either one or a combination of a legal assistant position, a legal secretarial position, a paralegal position, an office administration position, or a legal accounting position. Notary Publics, certificated paralegals, and candidates with experience or knowledge pertaining to common interest developments will be considered first.
