Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney The candidate should have JD degree from an accredited law school. Must be Licensed to practice in California. Must have 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation personal injury defense. Significant experience necessary in performing all aspects of discovery in personal injury matters as well as attending mediations. Must also have ability and desire to provide excellent work product that reflects strong research, writing, and analytical skills as well as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a track record of insightful research and persuasive writing abilities. Significant Federal and State court experience is required. General liability litigation experience necessary.
