Family Law Attorney The candidate will assist with family law related matters. Will draft documents, motions, pleadings, take depositions and assist with discovery. Attend client consultations and meetings, mediation, appear on behalf of clients in court (from temporary orders to final). Must have 3+ years of experience in family law. Should be admitted to Texas Bar and in good standing. Ability to handle high volume of work and develop own cases is required.
